return policy

i've got a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

to be eligible, your item needs to be unused, in the same condition you got it, with tags, and in its original packaging. you'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

to start a return, email me at info@crap.supply. once your return is accepted, i'll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back without requesting a return first won't be accepted.

return shipping costs are on you unless the product is faulty, then i cover it.

damages and issues

check your order when it arrives. if anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, let me know right away so i can evaluate it and make it right.

non-returnable items

i can't accept returns for:

  • custom or personalized items
  • sale items
  • gift cards

if you're not sure whether your item qualifies, just ask.

exchanges

the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once that return is accepted, place a new order for the one you want.

eu cooling-off period

if your order is shipped within the european union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, no justification needed. this applies on top of everything above.

the item still needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

heads up: custom or personalized items are excluded from this 14-day right, since they're made to order. the 14-day right does still apply to sale items though, even though those fall outside my standard 30-day policy.

refunds

once i've received and inspected your return, i'll let you know if it's approved. if it is, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

keep in mind your bank or card company can take a bit longer to process and post it. if it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you still haven't seen the refund, email me at info@crap.supply.
