return policy
you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. if you're not happy with your purchase, just reach out.
items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. keep your receipt or proof of purchase—it’s required.
to start a return, email me at info@crap.supply. once your return is accepted, i’ll send the return address. return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty, then i’ll cover it.

damages and issues
check your order when it arrives. if anything is damaged or incorrect, let me know right away so i can sort it.
non-returnable items
i can't accept returns for:
- custom or personalized items
- sale items
- gift cards
exchanges
if you want to exchange something, the easiest way is to return it and place a new order for the item you want.
eu cooling-off period
if you're in the european union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without giving a reason. just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and you include the receipt or proof of purchase.
refunds
once i receive and inspect your return, i’ll let you know if it’s approved. if it is, you’ll get your money back through your original payment method within 10 business days. if it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, email me at info@crap.supply.
