united kingdom: minimum order requirement

if you're ordering from the uk, there's a minimum order of £135.00. orders under that amount will be automatically cancelled. it's not me being difficult, it's uk import regulations. the upside? you'll get free shipping straight away!

getting your supply out the door

look, i'm a one-man show. i try to get your order packed and shipped within 5 business days after you buy it. i know you want your stuff yesterday, so i'll move as fast as my human legs can carry me. usually ill ship it the same or next day… but you know how setlife goes. 

who carries your crap

if you're in the netherlands, i use postnl. they're solid. for the rest of you lot scattered across the globe, it's fedex or postnl all the way. it’s just easier to make sure your package doesn’t end up in a ditch somewhere.

quality check (yes, i actually check it)

before i seal the box, i give everything a once-over. i make sure it's not broken and it's what you actually ordered. shocking, i know.

if your package arrives looking like actual crap

sometimes the delivery guy has a bad day. if your order shows up looking like it lost a fight with a lawnmower, don't panic. just email me at support@crap.supply with some pictures of the damage, and i'll take it up with the carrier. we'll get it sorted.

how much you pay for shipping (and how to pay nothing)

shipping costs money, so it's not baked into the price of the product. you'll see the exact cost when you're checking out, it depends on where you live.

but hey, i'm not a monster. if you buy enough supply, i'll cover the shipping. here's the breakdown:

  • €75+ for free shipping in the netherlands, belgium, germany, & luxembourg.

  • €100+ for free shipping in austria, france, italy, spain, denmark & portugal.

  • €150+ for free shipping in czechia, slovakia, estonia, finland, sweden, hungary, poland, bulgaria, greece, romania, switzerland, slovenia, croatia, norway, latvia, lithuania, malta, ireland, usa, uk, & canada.

  • €200+ for free shipping in uae, cyprus, hong kong, indonesia, japan, malaysia, singapore, south korea, sri lanka, & israel.

  • €250+ for free shipping in australia & new zealand.
